拉斐爾·羅伊格（法國），國際博協(xié)高級(jí)項(xiàng)目主管
　　Rapha?l Roig(France),Senior Programme Officer, ICOM

　　取得法國索邦大學(xué)國際關(guān)系學(xué)士學(xué)位與當(dāng)代史碩士學(xué)位。曾在東非開展多年政治學(xué)調(diào)研，并曾在埃塞俄比亞承擔(dān)孔索博物館項(xiàng)目及一系列展覽策劃工作。

　　自2011年起在國際博協(xié)工作，擔(dān)任高級(jí)項(xiàng)目主管及職業(yè)道德委員會(huì)秘書。同時(shí)擔(dān)任國際特赦組織（一家非政府組織）東非協(xié)調(diào)人，并參與非政府組織電影節(jié)的組織工作。

　　供職國際博協(xié)期間，主要負(fù)責(zé)以下領(lǐng)域的項(xiàng)目開發(fā)：文物保護(hù)與推廣、文物走私斗爭(zhēng)與博物館安全、職業(yè)培訓(xùn)與博物館道德。

　　Mr. Rapha?l Roig holds a Master’s degree in Contemporary history and a Master’s degree in International relations from the University of La Sorbonne (Paris). Following years of field research in political sciences in Eastern Africa, he has been in charge of the Konso Museum project and the organisation of a range of exhibitions in Ethiopia.

　　Since 2011, he has been working at the International Council of Museums (ICOM) as a Senior Program Officer and the Secretary of the Ethics Committee. Meanwhile, he is also working for the NGO Amnesty International as the Coordinator for East Africa, and for the organisation of the NGO’s movie festival.

　　Within ICOM, he is particularly involved in the development of programs in the following fields: the protection and promotion of cultural heritage, the fight against illicit traffic and museum security, professional training and museum ethics.
