　　畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)歷史系考古學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)?，F(xiàn)為南京博物院院長(zhǎng)，研究館員，博士生導(dǎo)師。兼任中國(guó)博物館協(xié)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)文物保護(hù)技術(shù)學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)歷史文化名城委員會(huì)副主任委員、江蘇省博物館學(xué)會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)，南京藝術(shù)學(xué)院客座教授、復(fù)旦大學(xué)兼職教授，《國(guó)際博物館》雜志（全球中文版）學(xué)術(shù)顧問(wèn)。有個(gè)人著作5部、參著6部，主編論著（圖錄）40余種，發(fā)表專(zhuān)業(yè)論文120余篇。主要業(yè)務(wù)成果分為三部分：一是博物館研究及管理成果；二是文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)利用及管理成果；三是建筑考古科研教育成果。

　　Mr. Gong is the director and curator of Nanjing Museum. He was born in 1962 and received his education in archaeology from Nanjing University. While being a museum director, Mr. Gong also holds a series of other positions including Vice President of Chinese Museums Association, Vice President of Chinese Association for Heritage Conservation Technologies, Vice Chairman of Chinese Committee of Historical and Cultural Cities, and President of Jiangsu Provincial Association of Museums. He is also a visiting professor in Nanjing University of Arts and Fudan University, and a professional consultant to Museum International (Chinese Edition). Mr. Gong has authored 5 monographers and over 120 journal articles, co-authored 6 books, and edited over 40 catalogues. His professional achievements are focused on museum research and management, heritage protection and utilization, and architectural archaeology and education.
